・BBQ and Shabu-shabu courses require a reservation.
・Wagyu Hamburg Steak is available with a table reservation.
🚶♀️ Walk-in Guests
If you visit without a reservation:
・BBQ will be served on a gas grill (charcoal service is not available).
・If all tables are full, you may need to wait or we may not be able to accommodate you.
・Shabu-shabu is available by reservation only.
🍲 Menu Selection
・Please choose the same menu for the entire table.
・Combinations such as BBQ + Shabu-shabu or BBQ + Hamburg are not available.
・For the \”KIWAMI Course\”, all guests at the table will be charged the same price.
💴 Pricing
・Adults: 13 years old and above
・Children: 7–12 years old
Young Children: ・3–6 years old (fixed rate: 2,500 yen)
💴 Payment Methods
Payment can be made by cash or credit card (excluding JCB cards).
❌ Cancellation Policy
・If you need to cancel, please contact us by 3:00 PM on the day before your reservation.
・Cancellations made after 3:00 PM on the previous day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
・For changes in the number of guests, please inform us at least one hour before your meal time.
ℹ️ Other Information
Please note:
・Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed.
・Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant.
・Temporary closures will be announced on our website.
🚐 Winter Shuttle Service (December – March)
We offer a free shuttle service between hotels in the Madarao Kogen area and our restaurant from December to March.
(*A 500 yen fee per table will apply for orders under 5,000 yen.)
※Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like to use the shuttle service.
※As the Tangram area is on the other side of the mountain, we are unable to provide transportation.
If you are coming by car, there is parking available at the restaurant.
