KIWAMI is our most luxurious Yakiniku course, centered on the exquisite Chateaubriand.
It includes four rare Wagyu cuts—such as Zabuton and Uchi-Harami—prepared over traditional charcoal fire.
The course also features kama-cooked rice prepared at your table, along with seasonal vegetables and local mushrooms from the Madarao area.
